Our Metamorphosis comes from a vineyard located in and around the town of Cairanne (in the Vaucluse department, on the left bank of the Rhône), facing the Dentelles de Montmirail and Mont Ventoux. The vines are planted on stony clay-limestone slopes, on gentle slopes well exposed to the sun
