La Selva Organic Sangiovese Bianco is a delicious full bodied rounded wine with plenty of fruit and a great overall balance. Made properly without added tartaric acid, La Selva have relied purely on the quality of the grapes and their natural acidity to produce this delicious healthy wine. Lovely on it’s own and great with seafood too.

Yes, you read the description correctly - this is a white wine made from the red Sangiovese grape! And it is delicious!
A lovely organic handmade organic wine very low in sulphites. It spent 8 months ageing in steel tanks with a further period in bottle before release.
The wine is full flavoured and fruity with good body and a rounded mouthfeel. Very fresh and elegant with only natural acidity (no added tartaric acid!) giving it a wonderful balance and natural feel. Lovely on it's own or perfect with a variety of seafood, particularly anything cooked in butter.
